BENGHAZI – The RBCS (Reconstruction Committee for Sabri and Central Benghazi) is a local body responsible for managing and coordinating reconstruction and development projects in these areas of Benghazi.

It has opened registration for suppliers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and service providers, both local and international, to participate in upcoming reconstruction projects.
